Questions

Before you apply

Questions

Before you apply

Do I need to want to teach?

No. About a third of each cohort trains to go deeper into their own practice. The course works either way, and many change their mind halfway.

How much practice do I need before I apply?

At least a year of regular practice, in any style. We look for curiosity and steadiness, not advanced poses.

What if I miss a weekend?

You can miss up to 10% of the hours and make them up in private sessions or with the next cohort, at no extra cost.

Will I be able to register with Yoga Alliance?

If the school is registered as an RYS 200 when you graduate, yes: you can register as an RYT 200 with your certificate.

Is the course in English or Spanish?

Both. Inés teaches in Spanish and English in the same room, and the manual comes in both languages.

Where can I stay for the July intensive?

We send a short list of rooms and flats in Ruzafa within walking distance of the studio when you hold your place.
