Online classes stream from the studio at the same times. Private sessions can be booked outside these hours.
Do I need to book before I come?
Yes, please. The room holds eight mats, so every class is booked ahead. If a class is full, join the waitlist and you will hear the moment a mat frees up.
Can I just drop by to see the studio?
Of course. Come ten minutes before any class or between classes, and Inés will show you round and make you a tea.
Is the studio accessible?
The room is on the ground floor with one small step at the door, and there is a ramp for it. The shower room has a bench and a wide door.
