Who we are
Sora Yoga is a yoga studio run by Inés Varela at Carrer de Sueca 41, Ruzafa, 46006 Valencia, Spain. Inés is responsible for your data. Write to her at hola@sorayoga.es about anything on this page.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to teach you well:
Your name and email when you book a class, join a waitlist or write to us.
Your phone number, if you choose to give it.
Notes about injuries or health that you decide to share before a class.
Your email address if you join the Sunday letter.
Why we use it
We use your details to confirm and manage bookings, answer your messages and send the letter you asked for. Bookings rely on our contract with you; health notes and the letter rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires. Health notes are deleted twelve months after your last class. You stay on the letter until you leave it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hola@sorayoga.es and we answer within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
