Twelve years of teaching taught me one thing: people stay with yoga when it feels like theirs. So every class starts with how you arrived today.
Today’s practice
/4
Five minutes of breath
Hip openers, slow
Standing balance
Long rest, eyes closed
01
Made for real bodies
Blocks, straps and blankets are part of the practice, not a crutch.
The method
Simple rules that keep the practice safe, honest and yours, whether it is your first class or your four hundredth.
Breath first, shape second
If the breath gets short, we ease off. Every sequence is paced to an easy four-count inhale, so the nervous system settles while the body works.
Props in every pose
Blocks bring the floor closer and straps lengthen your arms. You get the benefit of the pose without forcing the range.
Hands-on, with consent
Adjustments are optional and you choose them with a card on your mat. Verbal cues work just as well.
Progress you can feel
We check a few simple markers every four weeks: forward fold, balance time and how you slept. Small numbers, real change.
Class packs
No lock-ins. Packs stay valid for four months, monthly plans stop whenever you like, and both work in the studio and online.

Group or private, at the times that suit you. Inés tracks what you work on.

One short home routine
A 20-minute sequence written for you, with audio cues you can play anywhere.
03
A check-in every month
Fifteen minutes to adjust the plan, note what changed and set the next small goal.

I came in with a stiff lower back from years at a desk. Eight private sessions later I can sit on the floor with my kids again, and I actually look forward to Tuesday mornings.

FAQ
Still unsure? Write to Inés and you will hear back the same day, usually within a couple of hours.
I have never done yoga. Where do I start?
Book one private session or the Foundations programme. We go through the basic shapes slowly so you feel at ease in any group class afterwards.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and water. Mats, blocks, straps and blankets are in the studio and cleaned after every class.
Can I practise with an injury?
Often yes, with your doctor’s or physio’s go-ahead. Tell Inés before class and she will give you alternatives for every pose.
How do online classes work?
You get a private video link after booking. Classes are live, last 60 minutes and use only a mat, a cushion and a belt.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 12 hours before a group class or 24 hours before a private session and the class goes back to your pack.
How big are the group classes?
Eight mats, never more. Inés can see everyone, learns your name in the first class and adjusts you by hand if you are happy with that.
Can I mix studio and online classes?
Yes. Drop-ins and the 10-class pack work in the studio and online, so you can come to Ruzafa on Tuesday and join from home on Thursday.
Are classes in English or Spanish?
Both. Inés teaches in Spanish and switches to English whenever someone in the room needs it, and private sessions run in whichever you prefer.
